What does Fahroh do?
Fahroh is a verified real estate brokerage for African property. Every listing is title-checked, the seller's identity is confirmed, and funds are held until the title transfers at the registry. Buyers anywhere can complete a purchase, lease, or short-let.
What gets checked before a listing goes live?
The title document. The registry. GPS and satellite imagery of the property. AI document analysis for forgery. Biometric ID for the seller. Specialist review on every listing. If a check fails, the listing does not publish.
I can't fly to the property. How do I know it's real?
Fahroh's field team inspects in person before the listing goes live, and again before settlement on larger deals. You see geotagged photos, satellite imagery, the title cross-reference, and the seller's identity confirmation. If the property does not match what was listed, it does not publish.
Where does Fahroh work?
Senegal is the first operating market. West Africa is next. Continental coverage follows.
Support
I've been scammed in African property before. Why is this different?
The fraud you experienced usually comes from one of four places: a forged title, an agent who is not really licensed, a 'seller' who does not own the property, or a wire that vanishes. Fahroh closes all four before a deal can fund, and money does not move until the title actually transfers.
What happens to my money during the deal?
It is held in a settlement contract that no party, including Fahroh, can release until the title transfer is confirmed at the registry. If the deal fails the conditions, the money returns to you.
What if the deal goes wrong?
Disputes go to binding arbitration. Decisions in five to ten business days, enforced through the settlement contract. Faster and cheaper than court in every market Fahroh operates in.
What does it cost?
Buyers pay no platform fee. Sellers pay a percentage at closing that varies by market. Agents pay a monthly subscription starting at $49.
General
Who is Fahroh for?
Anyone buying, selling, renting, or managing property on the African continent. Built first for diaspora buyers and the African agents and sellers serving them.
What makes Fahroh different from a listings site?
Listings sites verify that an agent paid for a slot. Fahroh verifies the property, the title, the seller, the buyer, and the settlement. The whole transaction runs on the platform, not just the introduction.
Can I list my property on Fahroh?
Yes, through a Fahroh-verified agent. Direct seller listings come in a later phase.
When can I use it?
Dakar is the first operating market. Buyers, sellers, and agents can join the waitlist through the contact form for early access.
