On the record

article image 1

When a property is listed on Fahroh, the listing carries a designation: Fahroh Verified. It is not a marketing label and not an agent self-declaration. It is the result of a defined process, documented per transaction, with the responsibility for each step assigned to a specific person whose name and date are recorded against the listing.

This is what Fahroh Verified means in practice.

The seller is biometrically identified.

Before a property is listed, the seller completes biometric KYC. The biometric record is matched against the name on the title document and against any government identification provided. If the seller cannot prove they are the person on the title, the listing is refused. This eliminates the impersonation failure mode that accounts for a substantial portion of property fraud in the markets Fahroh operates in.

The title document has been analyzed for forgery.

Fahroh's document analysis system is trained on authentic and fraudulent title documents from each operating jurisdiction. Every submitted title deed, certificate of occupancy, survey plan, and ownership instrument is screened for formatting anomalies, registration number patterns, signature inconsistencies, and metadata signatures. Documents that fail screening are returned to the agent with specific flags. Documents that pass screening go to specialist review.

A specialist has reviewed the title and signed off on the listing.

In Fahroh's first phase of operation, every listing receives review by a verification specialist regardless of whether it was flagged. The specialist examines the full document package. The specialist's name, the date of review, and the documents reviewed are recorded against the listing.

The property's coordinates have been cross-referenced with satellite imagery.

The stated GPS coordinates of the property are matched against current satellite imagery to confirm a structure consistent with the described property exists at the stated location. For properties above a defined value threshold, a Fahroh field team conducts a physical inspection to confirm existence, condition, and approximate boundary accuracy.

Where registry access is available, the title has been cross-referenced.

In jurisdictions where the national land registry is available in machine-readable or queryable form, Fahroh cross-references the submitted title against the official record. Where registry access is not yet available, the document analysis and physical inspection carry proportionally greater weight in the verification decision.

Every step is on the record.

The full verification record, including the specialist who reviewed, the date, the checks performed, the flags raised, and the resolution, is preserved against the listing. The buyer can inspect the record before placing an offer. The seller can see what has been recorded. The agent can show prospective buyers a documented history.

Verified on most platforms means the listing was uploaded by a registered user. On Fahroh, it means the property exists, the seller is who they say they are, the title has been analyzed, a human specialist has signed off, and the record is preserved.

This is the difference. There is no abbreviated version of the process. Every listing on the platform is processed through every step. We do not believe trust is something that can be partially performed.
